Many of my Business clients send gifts out to customers who have settled on a home loan, bought an investment property, or have sent a gift to a loyal customer who has referred their goods or service on to a friend, colleague or family member. It is so important to say a big thank you to these people with a gift that they will remember, not flowers (they die, and quickly in this heat) and don’t send them one of your branded mugs either that will not impress them or spur them on to refer someone else. Referral gifts need to be a great Champagne or bottle of red that they will remember, or if they have a sweet tooth a chocolate gift basket… yummy!

I had an order today for a Real Estate Agent from the customer (damn, she must have been good!). The gift was a beauty too, French Champagne, Veuve Cliquot and chocolates surrounding it in an arrangement. I am sure it will impress, and I am sure the customer will refer her services to their friends, I hope she remembers to thank them back!
