So my customer placed her order online on Sunday night our time, she received a phone call from her bank, concerned that someone was making a fraudulent order on her credit card in Australia. She was very worried that the order did not go through and sent us an
email letting us know the details and wanting confirmation that the order will be delivered, so I called her to ease her mind.
We shipped her order out on Monday to arrive the next day, and let her know the tracking number of the order. She ordered a gift for the baby's big Sister too, she wanted her to feel special as it can be a bit annoying when you have had Mummy and Daddy to yourself all your life and now have to share! So we made little Eve her gift and card to let her know that she is included in the excitement of a new baby arriving. The gifts arrived and this is the feedback:
Dear Kylie/Kerry, Thank you so much for everything you did for the delivery of my gifts to my niece and nephew and her children. I thought you might like to know what my niece said by text yesterday:
“Just got the wonderful, wonderful parcel – well more like crate – of goodies! …..love the book too, hilarious! Eve has had a field day with her pressies! Loved figuring out how to get the beautiful ribbon off and then is loving reading her book and snuggling the snake [caterpillar]. She even showed it to Magdalene [the new baby]…”
So thank you all again for such an excellent service and for making my Goddaughter (Eve) feel so special even though she’s not totally thrilled about the arrival of her baby
sister
Kind regards, Amanda
Ah, job well done, love it!
